Maranatha Village is a Christian Community created for those of like-minded fellowship. It is truly country living at its finest, yet located only two miles from the city of Sebring, Florida.

Villas

139 Villas arranged in attractive concrete-block duplexes. Most of these Villas are two-bedroom units with varied bath arrangements. Many Villas have been remodeled and upgraded in recent years, and new residents have the opportunity to decorate their units. Villas are purchased through a life-lease arrangement.

Mobile Homes

Included in the 213-acre village is an attractive 100-unit mobile home park. These mobile homes are individually owned with well-maintained spacious lots. Some are available for sale or rent. Get information on available homes from the Maranatha Village office.

RV Park

Another possibility for visiting Maranatha Village is to park an RV in the convenient RV Park on the grounds. The RV Park has 20 sites with full hook-ups and either 30 or 50 amp service. Each site has a concrete pad and concrete picnic tables and benches.

Guest House

Each room includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, a bathroom, a living area with either a queen or two twin beds, plus a dinette table with chairs. Also, each unit is equipped with cable TV. Due to the availability of rooms, we may need to limit the length of the visit.

Maranatha Manor

Located in the center of the Village community, Maranatha Baptist Church operates a 20-bed assisted living facility called Maranatha Manor. This excellent care center ministers physically and spiritually to the residents in a wholesome and caring environment. Residents of the Manor participate and enjoy many of the activities of the Village.
